Hooray…it’s Friday!!!
For me the most interesting bit of news coming out of the Disney world this week was the release of the Disney Parks air fresheners. The Disney fan community has not stopped talking about it all week! We all know that there is nothing better than catching those smells as you walk round the parks, those smells tell you that you are home 
And so here is YOUR Friday question…..
When you are NOT on vacation what everyday smells remind you of Walt Disney World???
Does the smell of the air conditioning in your car remind you of stepping onto the monorail in the morning? Does walking into a candy shop remind you of the sweet smell on Main Street? Or does barbecue sauce on a smoky barbecue remind you of Frontierland (that’s a favourite of mine)??!!
Firstly.. love the air fresheners, not sure how I feel about the turkey leg one mind! I know it’s not often but on a balmy eve if we have the sprinkler on, I am instantly transported over to Florida. The smell always makes me think I’m walking around a WDW resort taking in the lush freshly watered gardens

The smell of popcorn always makes me think of Main St and sun lotion that smells of coconuts makes me think of Typhoon Lagoon! I really like the air freshner idea but I’m also not to keen on the turkey leg one!
I had never thought of the Typhoon Lagoon one….brilliant!!!
Hot dogs = Casey’s Corner = our traditional first meal at Disney = that glorious feeling of excitement/anticipation! Love it!

Also another not a huge fan of the Turkey Leg idea but don’t the others look great? I’ll be stocking up very soon!

Once again, I can only comment from the west coast, but it works for both…
I found a men’s body wash that so reminds me of the mixture of scents you get when you are riding in Soarin’. I bought it just for that reason!

I’ve been thinking about this since this morning since you posted but I couldn’t really think of much, yes there’s the air con in the car – monorail, cinnamon Yankee candles – Christmas store, I even thought about the smells from garages being similar to the Tomorrowland Speedway and then it hit me …………………..Apple pie – Mickeys Philharmagic

Water features make me think of being in disney world, that ‘stale water smell’ (as some have put it) bring me straight back to being on splash or pirates!
Sometimes my shower gets that really musky, misty, bleachy Disney water smell if I turn it on a couple minutes before I actually step in, especially if I put the water on a little extra hot. That always reminds me of all the water ride smells and resort showers!!!
