Thank Disney it’s Friday – June 15!

Good afternoon fellow Disney friends!! I don’t know about you but I’ve been filling my time this week reading all the exciting news coming out of Disneyland….those Imagineers continue to amaze us :)

But now….direct from the bright lights and star filled streets of Disney’s Hollywood Studios….here is your Friday question…..

Which do you prefer ‘Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show’ or the ‘Studio Backlot Tour’….and of course….why???!!!

:) :) :)

  1. oooh tough question, i do like both, prefer wdw version to dlp of both , I used to love SBT more but since you don’t always get the same experience in both parks each time my preference changes, on the SBT in WDW you still get to see the props and costumes and do the after bit seeing the exhibit so that is most probably my Favorite of all but in DLP I prefer the Lights as since they made the toy land as it has cut a huge chunk off.

  2. Hard choice!! Love both but I will lean towards the Backlot Tour because of all the film artifacts and history. Besides it never

    • Cont… (never) gets old having all that water rushing at the tour vehicle!!

      Have a great day,

  3. Probably the Backlot tour as it’s quite relaxing going round looking at the old props (and comfier than those benches in Lights Motors lol) I kind of see it as the Studio’s version of the TTA. However one thing I really dislike about it now is that it has followed the continuing trend like the busses and Living with the Land of replacing speaking cast members with automated spiel :( The Cast members are possibly Disney’s biggest asset and for me I prefer the interaction with them than listening to the same recorded spiel.

  4. It’s hard to choose because I don’t really love either attraction. I’ll go with Backlot though because it shows some of the things that go into movie making. The tour used to be SO much better though. LMA is noisy and smelly. I did it once and never went back.
